Paradigm is built with semantic HTML, keyboard-navigable menus and skip-to-content links throughout. A full accessibility statement — including a formal WCAG conformance audit — has not yet been completed; publishing one honestly, rather than asserting a compliance level that hasn't been verified, is a deliberate near-term commitment.
How documents are maintained
Every paper has a named author, a version number, and a last-reviewed date. Reviews happen whenever cited guidance changes, and at minimum annually — see Publication Methodology.

Policy Watch and the Observatory track DfE, Ofsted, ICO, Education NI, CCEA, ETI and UK Parliament Education Committee publications. Currently curated manually while automated monitoring is being finalised — disclosed on the Observatory itself, not hidden.

Corrections of substance are logged in a paper's document history with the date and a description of the change; the version number increases accordingly. Nothing is corrected silently.
